Sophie Aldred

Sophie Aldred starred as the feisty Ace, companion to the Seventh Doctor, from 1987 until the end of classic era Doctor Who in 1989. Ace’s story had been cut short, but it continued when Aldred returned to the character for Big Finish Productions, beginning with the 2000 story The Fearmonger. Outside of Who, she has had a successful career as a children’s Tv presenter and voiceover artist.
