Janet Fielding

Australian actress Janet Fielding played the air stewardess Tegan Jovanka, a companion of the Fourth and Fifth Doctors, in Doctor Who from 1981 to 1984. After leaving Doctor Who, she left acting to become an agent, representing clients including Paul McGann. But she would return to play Tegan again, not only in 2022 episode The Power of the Doctor, but also in Big Finish audio dramas. Her first Big Finish credit was 2006’s The Gathering, and more recently, she has been a regular presence in The Fifth Doctor Adventures.
