Sacha Dhawan

The actor Sacha Dhawan rose to fame with the play The History Boys and its film adaptation, followed by roles in the BBC drama Last Tango in Halifax and Marvel series Iron Fist. To Doctor Who fans, he was already known for playing Waris Hussein in 2013 docudrama An Adventure in Space and Time before he appeared in Who itself, playing the Master in five episodes from 2020 to 2022. He returned to the role in his own Big Finish audio series Call Me Master, which began in 2025.
